I spent today in August's classroom observing his hyper-active ways (that's another story). In the car, on the way to school, I checked out the headlines in the Bangalore paper. India is still sifting out the occurrences in Mumbai, but here a headline reads "Miley Cirus to give up acting?"
And I thought... Really?? Is that headline news?? In India?? Anywhere??
Then our car slows to allow a woman, obviously stricken with polio, to limp across the street.
