Ham burger anyone?

After our long day at Kanyakumari and many hours in the car, we went straight back to our hotel room and ordered room service for dinner so the kids could get to bed.

We were so excited to see a list of burgers on the menu. The kids both ordered a "ham burger"


And this is what we got...

A slice of ham on a bun.

And I ordered a "green salad" knowing the kids wouldn't finish their burgers...

I ate the tomatoes, cucumbers and carrot slices - not the dinner I was expecting.

We should have known better than to get excited about a hamburger in India. Dare to dream...
